Hobble Restraints - Hobble restraints are effective & safe devices used to limit subject movement during transport. Hobbles allow a seated position, while limiting the hand & feet movement of unruly prisoners.
Tourniquets - A tourniquet is a device that can be used to stop severe bleeding from a limb. In the event of a traumatic injury, a tourniquet can be the difference between life and death.
